Jil Exports & Forecasts in Google Drive#

The Job Scheduling & Transfers team is maintaining jil job definition exports (both in jil & excel) along with 24 hour forecasts. This data assists Business Users in everyday requests and facilitates Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity operations and is refreshed nightly between 3am-4am.

  • Business Unit

    • SUBUNIT_ENV_24hrs_forecast_*.xlsx - Forecast starting at 6am and running until the next day at 6am

    • SUBUNIT_ENV_*.xlsx - Jil data in spreadsheet format of the business unit's jobs

    • SUBUNIT_ENV_*.txt - Jil data in raw jil format of the business unit's jobs

The Autosys data being stored in Google Drive will be located in the JST team drive and retained for the following period of time.

  • Jil backups and autojil exports: 365 days

  • Forecast data: 365 days
